Contact Infusionsoft support to find out why your account has been locked from sending emails and how to resolve that. You will need to do this before you can send any emails from your app.

Finish designing/writing the emails in all of your sequences. Be sure to mark all elements as ready, so they appear in light green. Then publish each campaign, so that all elements appear in dark green.
