- 1Finish creating the Appointment Booking Form (internal form) in the Daily Calls campaign with all your options and associated tags.
- 2Design/write the content for the Booked Appointment Confirmation email in the Booked Appointment-Sales sequence. Mark the email as ready.
- 3Open the Booked Appointment-Management sequence. Under ACTIONS in the top right corner, click on "Copy from Campaign..." Choose the Daily Calls campaign and the Booked Appointment-Sales sequence. This will copy all the elements into this sequence. Mark all the elements as ready. Modify the content for the email and mark it as ready. Mark the sequence as ready.
- 4Go back to the main campaign builder. Right-click on the Booked Appointment-Management sequence and choose duplicate. Rename the sequence. Mark all the elements as ready. Modify the contact for the email and mark it as ready. Mark the sequence as ready. Repeat this process for as many options as you have on the form.
- 5Connect all the Booked Appointment-XXXX sequences to the Appointment Booking Form. Create the rules in your decision diamond to funnel contacts through the correct sequence.
- 6Here's the link for the online scheduling software I use that integrates seamlessly with Infusionsoft. I believe it would work very well for your sales reps and coaches to schedule appointments with clients.

- 2Copy the sequences from the Daily Calls campaign to the Andrew's Appointment Booking campaign sequences.

- 1Modify the tags for the whitepapers in the Management emails in both Ryan and Andrew's campaigns.
- 2Manually add the contacts from Ryan's task list to the appropriate sequence to remove them from his task list. Be sure to remove the tag first, then add them to the sequence (feel free to watch the video above to refresh how to perform the steps).
