Email me the list of stages in your sales pipeline from your trial Infusionsoft account.

Email me a list of tags you would like to create to segment your list.
I have reached out to Infusionsoft to transfer your contacts and campaigns from your trial app to your paid app. They will not be able to transfer over your sales stages, but your contacts and their notes should come over just fine. I'll keep you posted as I hear more information.

Configure the Calendly integration with Infusionsoft. Be sure to have it apply the tag "Discovery Call Booked" when an appointment is booked.

Check out AppointmentCore as an alternative calendar integration.
Draw out on paper your strategy/process for moving people through your various pipeline stages, including emails sent, tags, etc. Email to me a couple of days prior to our next call.
